I have been working with her personally, and found her seminar to be as clear, common-sensical, motivating, and thought provoking as in person! It impelled me to go beyond what I had done in assessing my work over the past year. Instead of just focusing on the bottom line (fairly bleak), I looked for the most energizing moment from my professional life. It was easy to spot. In the spring of '09 I heard from a client I had first met two years earlier, saying she was now ready to buy a home. Our initial contact and my consistent follow-ups had been so positive that she was enthusiastic about hiring me. We found the right property in a month's time and she closed on the sale in May.
